Liz and Paul the owners were extremely friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was superb we would definitely use the hotel again. It was only a short walk from the station and to the sea front and it is in a loverly quiet area.

Breakfast freshly cooked and very good selection. Lovely clean property. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Very happy to recommend
Our room / bathroom was 'cosy' so very small. However, we did book lastminute and the hotel was otherwise fully booked so for a couple of days it was fine

It was ok. Breakfast pleasant except the smell of cigarettes on staff
Stank of smoke in entrance hall and corridors despite no smoking signs. Staff obviously heavy smokers as they too smelt strongly of cigarette smoke
It was the only thing that spoilt our stay.
