The stay was wonderful, and I loved the personal touches in the room. It was actually the highlight of my trip.
However, I do wish they had a better way of distinguishing themselves from other Hilton properties near the airport. Even though I gave my driver the exact address of this hotel, they still took me to the wrong Hilton. Perhaps they could provide a free shuttle system instead, since apparently this mix-up happens often.

Stayed for a short few hours due to needing to be at airport at silly o'clock in the morning, so cannot comment on anything other than reception staff and room.
The room and linen was clean.
Staff very helpful - went over and beyond eg to provide door knock as the phone was not working for the wake-up call.
The ludicrous cost of getting to the airport at 4am ie before public transport wakes up! I surely am not unique in needing to do that and indeed saw others up at that time. Given the cost of the rooms, I think the hotel should provide a shuttle service to guests or at least organise a substantial discount with the airport parking fee for the taxis or the taxi companies themselves, both of which are raking in very good money.
