I didn't like that we had to pay for parking it's not right just another way to make money in there's hard times

Everything was ok

In the room no fridge

Lovely room and clean. Was very quiet in the room which was a bonus. Fan was a godsend as it was very hot. Shower was blissful

Local gangster's using the disabled spaces for their cars and visible dealings going on in the lobby and bar areas with hoods up. It's something we've never seen before in any hotel in the UK. We especially don't expect to see such things in a 4 star hotel. Staff turned a blind eye. Made going to the bar an intimidating experience. On several occasions we had these people tailgating us into the carpark and bullying us out of the way so they could take the disabled spaces. We stay at over 50 hotels every year and have never seen anything like this. This hotel urgently needs security and to take control rather than having the place used as a hotspot for shady dealings.
