Location and the bigger room had a lovely balcony
The smaller room was too small and the toilet had no light or was very dim - windows open to an alley way and so felt claustrophobic . Although I paid less for that room , it was too expensive for the room overall

It smells of perfume throughout the hotel and in the rooms, it is in perfect location, very very clean, and very nicely decorated, with everything from bathroom to furniture in perfect condition, well looked after, service is impeccable, from the staff to the cleaning (they change the bedsheets everyday). I absolutely love this place.

Great location and rooms look quite okay for that price. Doesn't feel like 4 stars at all, but generally the hotel is nice.
AC doesn't work in many rooms and they're aware of that, yet they rent out these rooms (with AC listed on booking.com). When we complained after check-in, we were given another room with working AC, but only after we asked multiple times. Staff not extremely friendly but generally okay.
