Quiet and peaceful, daily room cleaning, great room service meals delivered discreetly, clean and very comfortable!
Check-in was slightly frustrating with front desk employee. I didn’t realise room service meals were available until my third day due to miscommunication.

Everything. The hotel was beautiful, quiet, clean , comfortable. Staff was amazing. Honestly I can’t say one bad thing it was truly beautiful.
We had a terrible start to our trip- originally we were booked in to an apartment and we struggled to get in, and once we did we found out they cancelled our reservation. So we manically searched for a new hotel. We picked hotel lex Deux girafes and requested an early check in so we could relax and enjoy our break. As soon as we arrived they gave us the good news that we could get to our room and we were so happy. Air-conned room peace and comfort. The receptionist was also so accommodating- wanting us to help in any way. Recommending spots for food to help forget the horrible start. She was amazing beautiful and charming, I honestly would go back here in a heartbeat!

Lovely clean hotel!
There was an issue at first with our shower in the first room we had been assigned to. But this problem was quickly fixed bij Lana at the reception desk. We were given another room immediatly and had a perfect stay with Les Deux Girafes afterwards. Thank you for the good service! I would stay here again in the future.
The design for the shower is strange and not practical. You can’t stand directy underneath it to wash your hair for example. But this issue was fixed by changing rooms.

The room was clean
Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price was nearly $500 per night. For a 4-star hotel, we expected a much higher level of comfort, amenities, and service, but the property felt more like an upgraded hostel.
The room itself was clean, which we appreciated, but the overall quality did not match the price or rating. The flooring was the type of plastic carpet you would expect in a budget accommodation, not a 4-star hotel. There were also several basic amenities missing: no conditioner (which is a standard expectation at this level), no iron or steamer in the room, and the shower setup was very inconvenient. The only option was a handheld shower head that barely stayed positioned above you, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower.
Because of the overall experience, we were so dissatisfied that we decided to cut our stay short and checked out after only one night, moving to another hotel.
The communication afterward was also frustrating. When I checked out, I spoke with the reception team, completed the checkout process, and even paid the city tax. The following day, I received a call and was told that the receptionist I checked out with the day before had not communicated the situation to management, so I had to repeat the entire conversation and explain everything again.
If you are looking for a clean place to stay and need to be in this specific area, it may work for you. However, given the price and the fact that this is a 4-star hotel, I would not recommend it. The value, amenities, and overall experience did not meet the expectations of a hotel in this category.
