Only 15 minutes walk to the centre of town. Lovely staff who very welcoming. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Lots of parking too.
No air. Very hot in the room and the fan provided did only a small job at cleaning the heat. CAN imagine would be very uncomfortable in French Summer heat.

good location , about 20 minutes stroll to the centre /dock area...
parking was safe with the gates being closed at 9pm which then you were given a gate code to get in..
quirky appartment layout with the bedroom and toilet/shower being downstairs and the kitchen/tv room being upstairs which was not easily accessed by a steep curving staircase...this was a struggle if your disabled or in senior years...
no lift , we were on the third floor so a bit of a struggle to get up there with large suitcases.
wifi was weak for tv streaming..
