Smoked salmon and scrambled egg was superb
There was an issue with water pressure in my bathroom so the bath and shower were albeit a trickle

Beautiful old hall in a great location, really central for getting around Anglesea. Well maintained grounds, wonderful swimming pool. Bedroom was large (number 17) and bathroom was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.
As a woman this is what makes a hotel for me:
Can I sit and look in a mirror to get ready ✅
Is there a plug close to the mirror for hair dryers ✅
Is the shower powerful, Can the shower head be handheld as well ✅
I know it’s an old building but the corridors were a bit smelly.
We ate in the restaurant and although it was lovely it just lacked a little something, maybe background music or something. It had a bit of an awkward feel to it.
