Super friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to Gloucester Rd station, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose. Great to have a kettle in the room. Appreciated the luggage storage between trips.
It looks like the rooms and furniture are all being renovated. Which is lovely. Some of the bathroom floor and wall tiles, cabinetry are still dated and in need of refurbishing but clean. Certainly didn’t affect our stay.

The hotel was lovely, room was great EXCEPT it was very warm. The hotel air system was broken but the maintenance guys were gone for the weekend so it just poured out heat and nobody seemed to want to do anything about it.. The staff was friendly but not helpful. Great neighborhood, easy access to Underground and buses.
No attempt to fix the heating system so room was uncomfortably warm. The front desk staff didn’t seem to be very experienced or know much about the neighborhood.8i
