Bed bugs ridden narsty hotel avoid this hotels

Nothing this hotel is narsty I booked and wish I had never bothered

Every thing well the hotel took my money my id and a deposit then sent me to the park hotel where thay have bed bugs it's smells like stale smoke and dirty smelled feet draws broken no where to make a hot drink bathroom was so bad and the room was so bad I slept in my car and it was so bad I called bookings .com for a refund I would not stay there at all the Cranbrook hotel is just as bad from what I see at resection staff are rude not willing to help or nothing sitting there eating with there hands wen u walk in thease hotels are more like some where for homeless people go the room u can touch all 4 wals it's so bad

Just Okay for a one-night crush out

The room I was allocate in the main building was very bare including not having a bedside lamp. I was allocated a room 2B and only to find it was not vacant when we opened the door. Had to wait for a while before an alternative is being sought Not having breakfast was not a good start not even a cereal

good location, friendly staff.. clean rooms. good price.

the breakfast has gone down hill.. 8:30 to 9:00 only.? really small window, when we arrived at 8:35, nothing was prepared, had to wait till around 8:45 for the food to be served, was hot, but slow service.. I don’t eat bacon, so glad they don’t serve the stuff. Meat was all halal.

Bed linen lovely white and clean Staff friendly. Room clean but worn carpets. It was only one night but I wouldn't recommend for longer

We were moved to sister hotel at point of booking not notified before arrival. No teaspoons in room. En suite needs replacing chrome damaged and flaking all water damaged. Breakfast not great and staff not following guidelines for food safety. No gloves no tongs food just warm. Pillows and quilts need replacing and my mattress had lots of stains on it. Clean sheets were a god send.

hourendous they& booking.com must no this isn’t a hotel and why they still advertise this is unbelievable

nothing,where do I complain. I booked in advance I made a call a few hours before arriving and was told everything was fine. I arrived the time I stayed to be told they were fully booked and they would sort me out another hotel about 5 miles down the road. the taxi took over half an hour. the receptionist was quite rude and lacked any communication skills and the place had a horrible odour smell that made me feel sick. when I finally got to the other hotel it was after midnight.

it cost me additional transport expense because the friends I was meeting up with lived close to the hotel I got moved out off utter shambles. then the new hotel breakfast was horrid no control over children and food was uneatable except a boiled egg didn’t even eat there the second night so I paid over the odds for one boiled egg and a small cup of coffee

Terrible condition

Strong smell of recent cigarette smoke in the room. Opened up a settee bed to find the condition disgusting. Really wouldn’t recommend

terrible. we stayed less than 5 minutes it was that bad

nothing it was disgusting

it was dirty rude reception staff sent an 8 month pregnant woman up 4 flights of stairs with a broken lift and wouldn’t offer a different room the room stank of cigarettes even though was a no smoking room and the carpet was filthy! The room certainly was not as advertised We immediately left without staying and booked with another hotel a couple of roads down. We are regular hotel users and whilst I appreciate it was a basic hotel as was a late arrival and early start (we only booked somewhere to sleep during our ongoing journey) , it was the worst hotel I’ve experienced and we lasted. They took a security deposit which has yet to be refunded I’ve asked for a refund of this and the room surprise surprise no communication from the hotel. do not consider this

Horrid place, stinks Horrible smell of cigarettes, dampness in the room. Hair on the floor, leftover wine bottles. Open tea bags. Rude and arrogant staff You can't class this place as hotel This place need inspection & should be shut down

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast superb.

We booked this for our uncle.He is a patient. The Hotel allocated them a room in the 3rd floor. The lift was not working during the stay so we asked to change their room to the ground floor.The receptionist agreed to change the room the next day but instead, they moved them to their partner hotel.There was also no fan or A/C and the shower door was broken.

We didn’t stay we left and found somewhere else

Sadly the hotel was very dirty. The carpets were sticky to walk on in the corridors and in the bedroom. The beds had stains and hairs on the sheets. There were several families staying and it was very noisy

Got scammed by Cranbrook Hotel

They ask for a deposit of 50£ but don't pay it back. It's now a month ago and they still say "10 working days" on the phone. The Hotel was also overbooked when we arrived and they sent us to another one. They are scammers.

On the whole they were good.

We were moved to their sister hotel Premier lux because they had some problems with the room in Cranbrook hotel.The room was comfortable. The breakfast was very basic. They arrange taxi both ways free of charge. The staff was good.

There was little hassle to move around. But they were very helpfull.The staff on reception were very friendly.She knew her job.

The room TV had much to offer. The kitchen staff were friendly and the food was good. Also the people who cleaned our room left if clean.

We got relocated to the Britannia Inn with a suposed upgrade. The rooms were not soundproof, we could hear the other tenants. There was no AC in the room. The bathroom ventilator was really dirty which occasionaly dropped dust. When we showered the bathroom would get really wet, which occasionaly we would slipped.

Awful, stressful, disgusting.

Nothing - the whole stay was an awful, disgusting disaster.

Was sent to a less expensive hotel because they couldn’t accommodate us. Second hotel sent us off to a third location down an alleyway which was clearly a sheltered / half way accommodation with zero amenities advertised. Unable to sleep, no wifi, no tv, boiling hot, blacked out window, pancake pillows, exposed plumbing. Also we had to pay for our own travel to the second hotel after being sat in the lobby for over an hour. We waited until after 10pm.
