Very satisfied, the hotel is clean and the staff very polite. The hotel is in Ilford (zone 4), but it's 5-minute walk from the Elizabeth Line, so in 20' you're in the center of London. Excellent price for the service you get, I suggest this place if you're looking for a very decent solution for an excellent price.

When I arrived I was allocated a twin room 2 floors up. As I have mobility issues I use the room. There is no lift at the hotel.The receptionist said that was not a problem and offered me a single room on the ground floor. Thank you Olga for that. The room was a bit small but as there was only me it didn't matter. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of hot and cold food. Tea coffee and different juices where available. The breakfast was hot and enjoyable. The price was excellent. The next time I am in London I will be staying there again. Excellent location beside the train station and 10 minutes into the centre of London.
Special mention to the staff excellent and very courteous. Well done.

If you are okay with a short train ride to central London. This hotel is for you. Pro close to the train station. Shopping mall and restaurants near by. Con no air conditioner, but they provide a fan. If you are travelling in the fall or winter. This hotel would make a great choice.
