The Lerwick Hotel

Quiet location and quiet hotel.

Bathroom and beds small.

We had our own little apartment with a seperate lounge

Needs conditioner and facecloths in the bathroom

Staff were friendly, lovely lounge area

Rooms a bit dated, and restaurant was nice but a bit pricey.

Great location with fantastic views

It was not clean. The bedrooms were not clean and you had to request your room to be cleaned. The breakfast cold counter had very little choice. Once items were finished they were not replenished even an hour before breakfast was finished. The tables weee covered in crumbs and I noticed a used sticking sitting plaster in the window blind. Staff were sitting in their phones and I had to find them to ask for milk and toast. Hot food was tasty . Reception staff helpful. Rooms had mould and water stains in the ceiling and could hear all the conversations in the adjacent rooms
