The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect despite a mix up on the room. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff made it feel special. They definitely excelled in making our stay feel special.

Room was spacious. Food in restaurant was good.
Jacuzzi not working, sauna not warm. Second stay here in a month and not working then either.
Reception staff not very friendly or helpful .Restaurant staff were good.
Long wait at bar to be served.
It is expensive hotel for what you get so not good value for money. If leisure centre was modernised and rates reduced would be nice hotel.
