Absolutely beautiful hotel with so much character and history. I loved the Victorian atmosphere, the stunning grounds, the wild rabbits and wood pigeons, and the whole place just felt really special. The restaurant was gorgeous, breakfast was lovely, and the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had such a brilliant stay and I would definitely come back.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We really enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, full of character and history, and our bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were fantastic so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The building is so beautiful and full of different corridors that I actually got lost trying to find my way out 😂, but the staff were so kind and happily guided me in the right direction.
A special thank you to the staff for helping me with the arrangements for my husband’s birthday. Their kindness and support really helped make his birthday celebration extra special and memorable.

Location is excellent. Breakfast was very good.
Lack of signs for stairs and lift. There was no drinking water in the room. No air conditioning.
