Central location and decent sized room.
The fact that we had to pay a £50 damages deposit and it didn’t mention anything on the booking about this. Had we known, we wouldn’t have bothered booking.

Spacious room and comfortable bed.
Loud noise from the road outside late into the night with cars screeching not the hotels fault but awful and didn’t feel safe lots of strange people hanging around.
When I arrived there was no fan in the room it was boiling. I hardly slept even though I did get a fan - it was useless in such extreme heat. I know it’s a listed building but in the heat not somewhere I would recommend to stay overnight
Long walk with bags from car park into the hotel and stairs and no lift help was given to take bags up but no one around to help me bring them down.
