Perfect for what I needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

In hallways going to room maintenance was going on and a lot of exposed ceiling panels and wires etc were on show.

Staff were friendly, the breakfast was included and really nice. Kids loved the pancake machine! Main area with the bar is modern and has a decent selection of drinks at average prices. For the cost it's as expected quality.

Room was unclean and very hot! The sides of the bed were filthy, there was hair in the basin and it was very grimey. There was also a clump of hair in the kettle that found it's way into my morning coffee. Really turned my stomach! Air conditioning was not working and we were pre-warned. However, this meant the room was unbearably hot so none of us managed to sleep. The heat made us all thirsty, but the tap water tasted strongly of chemicals and bottled water was over priced at £3 each. Parking is very sparse aswell. The tiny car park is pay and display with poorly marked spaces and little room for manoeuvre. Its free after 8pm, but only a few spaces, which filled up very quickly on the Saturday night as Sunday is also free parking.
