Location, staff, rooms, everything about the place was lovely
Don’t like the fact they put on a service charge automatically, I would always give a tip for good service but I would like it to be my decision

Very comfortable bed
Larger than we thought and very busy with weddings.
Our room had 12 light switches which randomly worked. Possibly an electrical fault which we reported.
Very expensive paying over £400 inclusive of breakfast for two and 24 hours parking for a one night stay.

The room was lovely and it was a present for our wedding. We had been given a night and bottle of Prosecco - breakfast had been paid for separately
Staff answering the phone then the gentleman who was head of staff - neither took responsibility for the mess up over breakfast and we were very embarrassed. We had to ring the person who gave us the present to settle things and she was so upset because it should have been a seamless operation. The staff had all notes and payment details and they did not even apologise to the person paying. They finally phoned to apologise but it was too late.

Cleanliness and comfort
Extra prices added on, bill being given to you in the restaurant whilst you are still eating. Paid £649 for 2 nights in a cramped suite. Then charged an extra £15 per day for parking, £25pp for breakfast pn. Room service for ice was £8.
