The location is first rate and the impressive staircases and entrance hall were beautiful. The room was very nicely decorated and furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely crisp white bed linen. All the staff were friendly and helpful and my daughters and I were lucky enough to have our rooms upgraded when the lovely manager found out it was their birthdays.
I didn’t have particularly good Wi-Fi reception for YouTube. It probably wouldn’t affect too many people but I use it as I am a very light sleeper especially when away from home. Fortunately my kindle solved the problem !

The location and view are wonderful. I love that it has a nice bar, restaurant, laundry service, car park, and I was able to get a mini fridge to keep some medication in. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice building located close to Richmond park.
Overpriced for what it is. Room was very small. Room decor was dated.. Small bathroom. No biscuits with in room tea service.Poor quality toiletries. No view from room. Request for more teabags was never responded to.
