Top Breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff

It was all very good. We enjoyed the lemon tiramisu your chef made. Your breakfasts are excellent. Kinsale is pretty, although expensive in a touristy way.
We were a little concerned about the car parking as it was very busy. However, the reception staff said they would keep a space for us. I have said that the price was good. For us, though, it was the most expensive part of our 14 days in Ireland. It was a much larger Hotel than we expected. Having said that we do stay over the top of our budget for a brief time during our holidays. I personally, don't like baths in bedrooms - it's to do with dampness in sleeping areas. I tend not to pick places with baths in the bedroom areas. We didn't use it anyway, so it was ok.

We had a suite and it was well appointed with view out the front to the water. Breakfast was excellent. The bar area was comfortable. Location was excellent to get to local pubs & restaurants and to do excellent local walks.
Having to go outside to go to the spa that was also used a a swimming pool for the local children - not a luxury experience but hotel is 4 stars so this is reflected.

Car park
Lack of back up generator. Couldn’t check in get food or even use toilets. The use of heavy duvets in summer doesn’t help
