Perfect place to stay in Tuscany

Perfect place to stay in Tuscany. Great location in the main town, close to wineries and restaurants. Room was large, well-lit, and clean. The staff were so kind, even offering to pack us breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning to catch a train. The hotel has a few reserved parking spots nearby, which made our stay stress-free. Looking forward to returning soon.

Amazing stay in Montepulciano…

This place is amazing. Like visiting a palace, our sitting area in our huge room had a fireplace and hand painted ceiling from the 1700’s. The room also had a stunning view of the countryside and a large bathroom with a fantastic hot tub. But the real standout here was Frederica, she booked us dinners and organized a somewhat hard to find taxi when we left. Nothing was too much trouble. She is also very friendly and her English is good. She also organized a very good breakfast. If you are in town for a visit do yourself a favor and stay here!!

Location. Room size. Breakfast (in the wonderful lounge). Helpful staff.

Not all rooms have views. Parking can be tricky. They have reserved parking spots at a parking space but daytrippers to the town illegally parked there. Staff walked down and helped us find alternate spots.

We loved it there and the town is just beautiful.

The hotel is gorgeous. Francesca is an amazing hostess and so very helpful. And the breakfast is superb.

The only downfall I would say is that if you are elderly, or have trouble with stairs, this may be very hard for you as there isn't an elevator/lift and there are two sets of very long stairs that you need to get your luggage up and down yourself as there aren't any bellhops.

Amazing botique hotel in the middle of town. Incredibly large and beautiful room, comfortable bed, great bath and seperate shower and steam room. Pre-set private breakfast table with great variety. Staff friedly, helpful and knowledgeable

Wonderful location and hostess!

Federica was very helpful and kind and went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. She made great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

One night some very loud guests were making noise in the common area after 11 pm. With no one on sight at that hour to ask them to be quiet, i had to get up and ask them to please be quiet.

I loved our stay here! It was so comfortable and quiet. The front desk woman was very helpful and so sweet. The beds were extremely comfortable as well, which was a plus!

Wonderful hidden gem w/ high level of comfort and elegance

I very much appreciated how complete and together & uncomplicated everything was. Very comfortable, lovely atmosphere and a great breakfast food offering.

If I had to be picky, I would say that the chairs for the breakfast were a bit too Lounge-like for a meal... Otherwise, nothing comes to mind.

Amazing service and excellent location

We had an amazing 3 day stay at Palazzo Carletti. Federica was most helpful from when we booked as well as during our stay, answering all our questions and offering wonderful suggestions on sights to visit. The location is perfectly positioned at the top of a street filled with many great restaurants and shops - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return!

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful and staff was very gracious….

The staff were very professional, knowledgeable of the area, spoke very clear English and were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent in the middle of the City, but one must realize that there is no parking at the hotel. We could have chose to drive to the Hotel and drop off our luggage, but instead we walked it…..which was OUR mistake… Also, they stocked our fridge (complimentary) with more drinks and food that we had at any of the other 5 hotels we stayed at on our trip.

Breakfast here is very basic Italian….we would have enjoyed it a bit more if they had been able to serve us some hot eggs or pancakes…..but what was served was very good quality.

Perfect place to stay in a perfect town filled with wine and great food.

Rooms are all different and each is beautiful. All have frescoed ceilings which are amazing. I love the guest after dinner drink station in the beautiful salon/lobby/breakfast room. Staff was unbelievably helpful with recommendations and reservations.

I would have loved an elevator to get up to the floor the hotel is on, but alas, the old palazzo was not owned by Leonardo da Vinci!

Great stay at a very well presented hotel.

This hotel was a great find. The location was amazing with it being very close to some of the best restaurants and wine bars. The room was amazing with lots of space. Staff even added extra touches to our room. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The breakfast was quite minimal but there were always something we would eat.

A night in an Italian Palace

The bed was incredible and very comfortable, you can take all the drinks from the refrigerator, coffees, and the ice machine by free. The breakfast was very cool with all that you need. Federica realizes a very good job in the Palazzo and she gives good advices for dinner, visits... A place closed to the Palazzo to leave the luggage and after you can down the car to the parking.

There was a smell problem in the bathroom, we inform to Federica, she will fix it.
