Comfortable, good location & helpful staff. I could order a meal from the restaurant to bring back to the unit. The pasta was delicious.
Was disappointed that it was not overlooking the river. It is at the back of the restaurant.

Motel98 is well worth the money. Has a beautiful restaurant attached to it (they do room service!) , the room was so comfortable and very clean. The family who checked me in were so lovely, kind and happy to accommodate you. I booked here for a stop over on my way home, not expecting anything great. However was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room. Bed is comfy and had an UNREAL sleep. Will stay here every time I am in Rockhampton now.
There was nothing I disliked about the property. The rooms are all close together and you can hear people walk past and talking if you’re on the upper level. However, that would be the only “downside” if you were after something completely private. Didn’t bother me in the slightest. Parking is outside if you’re picky about your car. (Also doesn’t bother me)

Gates locked on Sunday and reception hours limited. Outdoor space was not like the image.
