The staff were very polite and helpful. Every interaction was positive.
The location was not a comfortable walk from where we were visiting. In general, a good location with plenty of food options within walking distance.

Nice, large appartment with good self catering facilities and fairly modern design. Also very quiet locale. Close proximity to Quay St. the main historical and hospitality sector alongside the river. Very friendly and helpful staff.
A gas powered hot water heater was located on our balcony at about hip level which serviced at least one other apartment (so operation is beyond your control). Apart from the obvious OSH concerns, it made the balcony very unpleasant to use plus created some additional noise. To be fair the manager did offer some recompense for the issue. If you book this venue I would recommend requesting a room without one of these devices.
Also air con was quite noisey (which seems to be fairly typical) and the outlook from the property is very commercial (being 1 street back from the river) particularly given the premium price per night.
There are modern hotels on Quay Street which seem to be similarly priced.
