Location and setting of apartment, on end of Mallard Block. Having stayed in the marina before in one of the smaller properties it was nice to return.
The apartment shows a lot of signs of wear and tear on the walls and floors etc, seals around bathroom cabinet and bath (upstairs), stain on living room ceiling which looked like it was from a leak. The standard of cleaning wasn’t great either with cobwebs. Dust etc in a lot of places and the arms of the chairs in the living areas were dirty (again through use) but just didn’t come across as appealing.

Very spacious appartment with great views. Good to have 2 bathrooms.
Lovely and clean and well equipped.
Felt secure and we really appreciated the convenient parking.
The milk in the fridge was a lovely bonus. My daughter enjoyed the selection of biscuits.
The duck food in reception was a nice touch.
The beds felt a little firm.
I would have preferred L shaped sofas in the lounge as shown in many of the pictures as with 4 of us there were not sufficient comfortable chairs to stretch out on in the evening. A floor plan would be good to help future booking
