Good location for what we needed, clean and tidy, good outside space. Excellent communication with the owner.
NOTE: you’re asked for a £100 damage deposit which isn’t obvious when booking but is totally legit and I have received the full deposit back!!
We booked for 8 but I think it has been reallocated for 6 as it is too cramped for 8 and only has 1 toilet

Very well equipped , everything you need for a nice break. Towels were provided but we had taken our own, beds all made although we only used 1. Bottle of wine was a lovely touch.
Not a complaint but the outside furniture was frayed and not very comfortable.

The main bed was confy, the single beds were not bad but not fantastic either.
Kitchen was great as far as appliances and utensils go.
Bathroom was clean.
Outdoor seating good although cushions had been left out in the rain when we arrived so couldn't use them.
The van was fine. The TV unit moves so I wouldn't advise staying there if you have young children like we did. The dining table is missing parts so moves when sat at it. Again, not great for small children as it is glass. We booked this ven primarily because of the location to the facilities (indoor swimming pool and spa) and the fact it was advertised as being included in the price. However, when we arrived at the pool, we were told that it was not free and would cost £95. If we would have known this we would not have booked the van.
The van does have WiFi, however it is very hit and miss and we were unable to watch a film all the way through which was difficult.
