The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. There was plenty to do in terms of the games room and hot tub. LOcation was excellent and we were able to get three cars in the driveway, which was great as parking otherwise would have been difficult.
It's not really a criticism but the Aga made the kitchen and parts of the house near it very hot.

Location, games room and hot tub. The house was comfy and easy to get to. Views were amazing. The dogs also enjoyed themselves immensely, we have a senior blind dog and he did pretty well navigating the house. The younger dog definitely enjoyed the longer walks down the promenade and the kids were amused by the sheep on the beach.
There were a couple of issues with what was in the black folder not being correct but was either sorted out with clarification by the owner or muddled through with fun. There wasn't much to not like really

Location is good, number of bedrooms is good, hot tub, can take dogs
Very run down, the garden isn’t secure with holes in fences and gates that don’t close properly, the arga is really difficult to use. Toilet doors don’t lock, only one shower worked properly, sinks wouldn’t hold water, baths couldn’t fill up, over priced for condition of property. Horrible white LED lights in some of the light fittings, all windows have blown so you can’t see through them properly.
