Great location. Near to town but away from the busy and noise of the town. The lady at the reception was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean.
The single beds a bit soft for my friend. Nothing else.

brilliantly functional, as expected from a NZ 'motel' perspective ... it has inhouse cooking facilities if required, and in particular perfectly balanced insulation heating/lighting... fantastic king size bed... shower hw+pressure legendary.
Bonus=walking distance to central Wanaka with a plethora of cafes/bars/restaurants on tap.

The motel provides accommodation very close to the centre of Wanaka, so it is an easy walk into town for food or entertainment. Despite being close to town, it was still a quiet unit.
Very dated, cheap and basic room facilities which hardly justifies the tariff charged, but I guess the price reflects it being in Wanaka and close to the town centre. In keeping with its age, I was still surprised that the windows were not double glazed, given the cold climate, and the unit (bathroom especially) seemed quite cold for our winter stay. Not really a cozy stay.
