Located very centrally in Wanaka, this Motel is next to the New World Supermarket and one block back from the lakefront. WiFi was excellent. Bed was comfy. Blackout curtains worked well and the room was warm without needing to use the heaters supplied, despite being around zero degrees outside. Good selection of cookware.
Kitchen benchtop was too small to even plug in appliances without having to put them on the stovetop area. No cooktop extractor.
Shower water pressure was poor, but plenty of hot water. No bathroom extractor.
Small round dining table the only table there that you could sit at so needed to squeeze laptop and dinner plates onto it.

Excellent location. Room had a view and a balcony. Had extra plates and cutlery, which was nice. Option daily towel service. Decent pillows and comfy pillows. Kitchenette handy.
A few plug points were not working, and the shower head sprays water a bit funny - probably needs descaling. Both minor maintenance things

Very close to township. Was within walking distance and New World next door.
Tv did not work first night at all. Told staff but still didn’t work after that. Having to use a portable element to cook food. So old fashion. Shower only reasonable. Does need an upgrade.
