Good location for going out into town. Family room was a good setup with two separate sleeping areas.
Very dated rooms. Struggled to get TV and air conditioning to work. Quite noisy as not much soundproofing

Melanie at reception was exceptional! This was the best service we got during our stay in South America. The hotel is beaitiful and inviting, the room was big, breakfast was great, there was no noise during the night. It was within walking distance of buzzing shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay!
