Great location, very helpful staff
Buffet Breakfast was not very good, bed was only fair, plumbing was dated and needs to be upgraded

Very friendly and helpful staff.
The shower has an odd system to regulate the water temperature with no instructions.
The air conditioning system was malfunctioning and that played a great role in my decision to leave. The room was too hot and without air conditioning, it’s was a hellish night.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but bear in mind the best thing about this hotel is the location. It is nothing special, it has comfortable beds and okay bathrooms. Breakfast was fine at best. It's on one of the main roads that has street vendors and restaurants (as do many of the cross streets nearby) and is directly in front of the bus station, which made for easy transportation to and from the waterfalls and airport!
Didn't feel very clean, but that could be because of the intense humidity while I was visiting.
