I like the place where its very central area to go anywhere and the place is very clean. keep up the great nice service.Staff was very friendly too.
There's abit i did not like where my room was not provided with some utensil like plates or bowls or fork and spoons. The small fridge is empty too. Should have provide some drinks in it too.

Very prime location which has an access to all the prime amenities. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was too good , even their ala cart too was excellent. Basically I and my friends have enjoyed every monent of the time. Certaily I would like to suggest this hotel is an excellent choise to stay in Medan,
The second day of stay was a bit noisy because of the beside room and I have reported. Thanks to them as immediately they transfer me to a better room which was quiet and size of the room was even bigger then the first room.

Noise.The room was next to the street and there was children screeming in the hallway the whole night.

Location is in central to the city
The food and the service were all average and there was once I saw a small cockroach crawling on the bed
