Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wir wurden direkt sehr freundlich empfangen, die Lage und Sauberkeit des Hotels war gut. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden für diesen guten Preis.

Absolutely garbage hotel.

I arrived yesterday to bahia city hotel in agadir, with my wife. I must say an absolutely revolting hotel i have seen in my life. The front house man in the reception wearing glasses absolutely rude, customer service was very poor and rude. The hotel is outdated with mould and discoloured 1980’s carpets that have not been cleaned in decades. Don’t get me started with the room, as you walk in theirs a sense of foul body odour from the room, the bed sheets have stain’s and markings of residue, bed was uncomfortable every movement you make the bed starts making creaking noises. The bathroom absolutely disgusting, only one poxy towel to share between me and my wife. The mirror above the basin had mould and rust growing, the shower head was broken. They had one glass that should of been located on the table, however this glass was in the bathroom toilet. Bahia city hotel you deserve no stars in fact you need a hygiene inspection. Absolutely filth hotel, please everyone stay away from this hotel, as it’s absolute garbage. This hotel will ruin your holiday, trust me. Save the money and go elsewhere!

I won't stay in this hotel, and should have no stars at all. It's an old facility.

My wife and i arrived to this hotel to check in, and the receptionist made a big deal, about the marriage license. The man in charge of the hotel insisted, that we must show him our marriage license, in order for us to stay in their facility. We forgot to bring it with us, so he said, he made it an exception, for us, this time. The breakfast was very poor. The room didn't have a queen size bed, like I requested, and NO shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The hotel is located far away, from the beach, and it's not what they advertised. I will not go back to The Sud Bahia Hotel, and I will not recommend it to my family members and friends. I was disappointed 😥!!!

Bad hotel experience

The room has no AC, the bedsheets were very old and rough. The bathroom was the worst, no towels, no soap to wash hands, when you flash the toilet, the water keeps running for long time. They give the room key in a very big wooden keychain that you feel a shame to carry in your hands. There are more negative things to say about this hotel, but I don’t have the time.

Why Aren't Mlawi Served at Breakfast???

- Location : close to Marina beach - Staff : very nice down to earth people - Hygiene : rooms are cleaned everyday and towels are changed as well - Swimming Pool : nice and big but not thaat clean. For both children and grown ups. Its max depth is 3.5m for those who are curious :) - Free Wifi but only in the ground floor - Hot water available for shower

- Furniture : as already mentioned by previous reviewers, the furniture is seriously old and not that clean. My blanket had small holes in it and stains of mascara. The chairs and carpet just look old and sad :/ I'm starting to believe the furniture was not taken care of since 1976 - You only get one flat pillow which was a bit uncomfortable for me. - Our bathroom door had no handle - Only one electrical outlet in the room so we had to take turns to charge our phones :') - My bedside lamp did not work - All that's given are small pieces of soap and shower towels - NO WIFI ! - Last but not least the frikin BREAKFAST has very limited few options that you get sick and tired of since day 1. I mean there is no Mlawi no Haricha and no cheeze???

the manager was nice to give us a poolview room even if the receptionist (female) said there wasn’t any available on the property 😒

😡😡 before checking out of the hotel while packing our things i found my new 130€ parfum open both of the lids outter and inner apart and emptied when i talked to the receptionist they told there is nothing we can do what’s done is done

It wasn't a nice trip at all first they allocated me room next to bar where they were blaring music till 1.30 am so couldn't sleep. Upon request to change the they gave me room there was no Air Con . When I again requested to change the room they told me to leave my luggage at reception so once they find the room with Air Con they will allocate me that but unfortunately I was not given the room with Air Con and had to stay in a room with out Air Con.

Everything is not working

Firs of all: they charged us more than what is written on the booking second: there is no lightings in the room and the tv is not working the mattress was not comfortable at all Lastly: They rented the room on the top of us for bunch of guys + girls drinking and dancing all the night screaming and playing music very loud I don’t recommend this hotel at all for families

Clean Room, shower bed are totally clean, Large sweaming POOL, location perfect near the sea and center of agadir city.

Additional 25 dirhams non expected and not accepted at all. YOU can not sleep at all due to seagull shouting all the night and in the early morning.

THERE IS NO WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION IN THE ROOMS!!!!!! Breakfast was a massive disappointment The tv in the room was old and didn't work The hotel felt a little too big
