It was not throughly clean

Location is great. Beach and cable car noth within walking distance. Lovely big sized room with a mountain view

Hot breakfast food wasn’t to my liking and no fresh cut fruit. Some of the staff ignored us when we asked for help or information

Location was great and a few staff members that were polite one kitchen chef offered to give Nutella for breakfast but on floor staff said we don’t have any and the guy at the pool was nice spoken the one security guard and just the 2 staff members that I enjoyed talking too Ehsam and another lady not the manager another receptionist. Housekeeping ladies were nice but could do a little better with cleaning the shower and sink. Breakfast was average but had choices so not too bad.

I feel that the hotel was outdated my room toilet had a smell which I brought air fresheners from the local store with some toilet liquid to keep it fresh. Some staff had major attitude issues when serving as to body language, facilities were given one day next day broken not allowed or available to use such as iron so brought my own from the store. Bathroom hairdryer would overheat and stop working in the middle of drying my hair. As a customer if I’m paying fully for a comfortable stay I would want to have the experience to enjoy it I noticed that if your not using there high quality services then they don’t care about you make you feel very small for example if you ordering alcohol and food spending a fortune your like a brand to them but if you want a mojito they make you wait 30mins or so my husband had to go to the counter to remind them in which a staff member rolled his eyes and told his colleague like you serve him I cannot be bothered! The whole stay I was very calm and polite as I wanted to enjoy this time but if you ask me to go back I don’t think I would want too as I felt very much upset with some situations at this hotel.
