The apartments are really well located in the Darwin CBD - walking distance to everything but quiet. We were given an unexpected upgrade which was very much appreciated! Our apartment was HUGE and had two large balconies with sea views. We only wished we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the enormous apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and so much space. We were grateful for the washing machine and dryer and really appreciated the two sachets of laundry powder left for our use! If we returned to Darwin, we would stay here again without hesitation.
There were a few tiny things that needed fixing in the apartment - the air conditioner in our bedroom leaked and left quite large puddles on the floor, the fan in the bathroom wasn't working etc. But these were tiny issues that did not affect our enjoyment of this lovely apartment!

Fantastic location and staff were really approachable and accommodating.
Fantastic air-cons.
The shower/bath combination in the rooms needs to have a larger glass panel to stop water splash (noted across two Argus locations).
The beds were fairly hard!
The exhaust fans in the bathrooms were also an odd system resulting in the bathrooms taking ages to clear from steam.
The carpark is also very dangerous for the unskilled driver due to the tight drive ways all the way down to the guest parking which have been restricted even further by garages or off limit areas. The amount of guest parking is also very limited.

Very spacious and clean.
Comfortable and conveniently in the city.
Coffee machine/ nespresso machine would of been nice. Just the old basic nescafe sachets for coffee, the cheap/budget hotel style approach, very outdated.

Size and layout of apartment. Good amenities.
One small issue - boiler was a bit too small for 4 people, so we had to keep track on when showers were taken.
