Location is great, close to Kings Cross St Pancras and close to other tube stations too. Room was small but clean, we didn't come to London to stay in the room though so this does not affect my rating at all. Great place, would stay again.

Too many stairs, no assistance for getting bags up four flights. Wasn’t asked if we required help.

Room was comfortable and quiet and adequate for our stay
Stairs down to basement were narrow and steep and bathroom was really really small, no cat swung around here

Location was excellent for my purposes; that’s why I chose this place.
Staff were good; a problem I reported was dealt with in under 30 minutes.
For the money being charged, I was a bit surprised there was no air conditioning. Kitchen wasn’t especially well-equipped or designed. No fish-slice meant extracting eggs from the frying pan was an interesting challenge. Cupboards way too high, and the sink in the corner was hard to reach. The room could have been cleaner; significant amounts of dust on some shelves and ledges.
