great location, helpful staff, great rooftop terrace.
the shared bathrooms need a bath mat as the floors were often very wet after others had showered. fairly noisy.

Very friendly staff was relieved to have a human being to talk to, rare these days. Easy to check in, comfy beds.

The receptionist Christine was a very pleasant and friendly young lady and helpful too. She even remembered what day I was flying home and she washed and dried my clothes. The chamber maids were friendly too.
I liked the view from the roof terrace of Granada, Great views of the Alhambra and cathedral and other historic buildings.
I liked the price of having my clothes washed and dried ... 7 euro good price.
I didn't like the big crane spoiling the view of the Alhambra a bit from the roof terrace. This is nothing to do with the hostal though.
