Abbiamo trovato la camera pulita e in ordine. Il proprietario molto disponibile e sempre reperibile.
In generale, la zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Nonostante la distanza dal Centro Città, è fornita di tutti i servizi essenziali (locali per mangiare, benzinaio, chiesa, ecc...), di cui viene lasciato un elenco esemplificativo in camera dal proprietario.
Durante il nostro soggiorno c'è stato un inconveniente con il wi-fi, ma solo in riferimento a due stanze (tra cui quella in cui eravamo noi): non era disponibile. Inoltre, a causa della posizione della struttura, non prende segnale neppure la linea personale. Il proprietario si è comunque adoperato per risolvere il problema e ci ha riferito che per il futuro cercherà di potenziare la linea Internet in tutto l'edificio.
Per quanto riguarda i mezzi pubblici, la fermata della linea 23 è a 3 minuti a piedi dalla struttura e conduce fino in Centro di Verona in circa 20 minuti.
Purtroppo, però, è l'unica linea presente e l'ultima corsa che parte dal Centro città alla sera è attorno alle 20.15/30.

Great value for money, we could walk 40 mins to the city center or take the bus which is 1 min from the property, free coffee, water and some snacks

The walking distance from casa magnani to the center of verona is only ca. 30-45 min. Also the bus stop to the city center is nearby (behind the church)
