Excellent location in a quiet area, 10 mins walk to station and 15 mins to Arena. Our family room was lovely, really clean and comfortable.
My only issue was that reception staff not always available.

Very well located for the train station. The family room was excellent, perfect for the four of us. The self check-in / check-out was very easy. We didn't use the bar / restaurant in the garden, but it looked very cute from our window!
The staff were super-helpful. My son left his headphones behind by accident - they kept them safe for us and we were able to collect them on our way back through Verona a few days later. Thank you :)

The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom very clean and it is next to the train station
It has the strict time to check-in from 14h00 to 16h00, which can be a problem for most travelers. No staff on site most of time, you need to contact them by phone in case of need and it stated to make contact only in case of emergency. It has no place to hang around besides your room. It is a bit far from the main attractions.
