Had a nice stay in the 4 person room.
All rooms including the bathroom and common area were nicely cleaned and the bed was comfortable.
Locating the hostel isn't the easiest thing in the world as there are no outside indication what so ever, but written guide was good enough for me.

Incredible!! Firstly the location was brilliant, only a 5/10 min walk from the train station. Once we arrived we were greeted and given lots of helpful information, very friendly staff. The place was lovely, very clean, well decorated and just gorgeous really. The rooms were nice and we felt very safe as two girls. We shared an all girls dorm and loved it, social place to make new friends. Would so recommend if you’re coming to Verona xx

You definitely get what you pay for here. Can’t complain too much for the cost, beds were very comfortable, kitchen space is clean and the whole hostel is cleaned daily. Great storage space within the room and the laundry service is great, you can wash two garments a day for free. There was some free food left behind by other guests which was nice and lots of spices, oils and balsamic vinegar, tea and coffee.
The rooms were very hot at night, only in May with 10°C outside during the night. You also aren’t allowed in the small living space between 11:00-14:00, which is inconvenient for lunches, wanting to hangout in a shared space (on the one couch) and even for to the point where I wasn’t allowed to charge my dying phone for even 5 min as they had started cleaning. The most unsocial hostel I’ve ever been in, no one really says hi or is friendly, but that comes with the self check in and no reception.
