The location was perfect, in a good neighbourhood and close to the centre. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were also well maintained.
The kitchen wasn’t particularly clean: the utensils were rusty and dirty. The pillows in the bedroom were also not particularly comfortable so we had to sleep on the throw pillows, which are evidently washed less regularly.

Location is top. Room amenities are satisfying.
Late contact with the host. Serious noise form the bathroom. Our room was flooded 3 hours after arrival, we informed the contact person via Whatsapp immediately, but nobody reacted untill we left the property the next day.
