I enjoyed the feel of the hotel, the breakfast, the pool was amazing and the size of the deck.
I felt that I was imposition to the lady checking me in and helping answer questions about the area and amenities. I paid extra for the private jacuzzi/hot tub on our deck and it was Luke warm at best. When I talked to the lady at the desk (same one that checked us in the day before) I was told it was summertime so they always keep it cooler. That did not make sense to me.

Location is directly at a busy road … but you here little when you are inside and it is in walking distance to the Centre of Peschiera

The breakfast: good choice. Pool was lovely. Rooms were clean and of a good size.
It’s a 4 star hotel but in the bar they offer cocktails but we were told we couldn’t have one until 2pm from the cafe/bar by the pool. The staff made you feel like we were intruding on them when asking for anything. They were pushing sales of Lipo action in there spa! On the last day we were leaving at 7.15am which we had told them. There was no offer of having a breakfast made up for us. There wasn’t anyone in reception when we left either. I had to text them to say we left as our taxi was waiting. The response, they were checking the pool…at 7.00am. An unfortunate experience with the staff. I’ve never experienced this before in all my years of travelling.
