We arrived earlier than check in and they were very amenable. Kept our luggage, whilst we went and had a drink and some food. Once the apartment was ready we were shown in and key handed over. Everything was clean and ready for us.
We didn't use the pool, but I enjoyed an hour on the outdoor seating of the apartment one evening whilst reading.
Checkout was smooth and they ordered us a taxi for collection the day before.
Nothing. Suited our needs for a few days as a last minute booking

Good size apartment with reasonable facilities. WiFi a bit slow but it's free.
Being called and told to be quiet when we were simply watching TV. It may well have been crossed wires or handled badly but employing rude staff has no place in hospitality. Further fact checking before barking orders at guests would be a better course of action. In short I wouldn't recommend this place because not all staff are not interested in customer care. Receptionist lovely, person who rang us (apparently the chef) - a rude arrogant biggot who needs a lesson in good manners

Everything was fantastic. The staff were so helpful, the accommodation was great and the location was perfect, beside the river and just a short walk into the old town of Peschiera del Garda. The apartment was kept exceptionally clean and everything you could need was provided. Great service from staff members, especially from Nicol and Dominik. Would highly recommend Aurora Aparthotel.
