Good location, pleasant staff, very clean, breakfast was pretty decent and included fresh fruit - not just apples and oranges, but also nectarines and kiwis, towels were large and dried well, it's possible to leave luggage there before check in, there's a fitness room and solarium terrace, the place smells nice (because of fragrance diffusers everywhere).
Room was cramped, almost nowhere to put clothes (a few hangers but no shelves). Bathroom was small, no counter space to put anything and the shower was tiny; there was no room to move around. There was no hot water; I had a lukewarm shower. The pillows were flat as pancakes and there was only 1 each. It was like not having any pillow at all.
There were inconsistencies between what it said on the website and reality: 1) frigo bar in the room (there was none); 2) check-in from 11am (check-in was from 2pm. I later discovered elsewhere on the website it indicated a 2pm check in...so 2 different check in times on the website); 3) reception open from 8am to 8pm (reception was only open until 2pm, although they did say they could be reached by phone any time).

Clean, quiet, perfect breakfast, perfect location next to the nice Peschiera centre and to the Gardaland bus stop.

Excellent position, close to the lake and the old town. Coffee available throughout the stay. Quiet room.
The shower pressure was too low. No live tv channels.

Location is perfect, staff was nice and breakfast was decent but nothing spectacular.
Second time here, January booking, arrived around 6PM, window was open and heating was off, was very cold in the room and it did not heat up enough even until the morning. There was a big pond of water directly in front of the toilet, leak of some sort, so when you do your thing you stand in the water pond. No toiletries provided except the small soap. No complimentary drink\water.
Shower too small for average person.
