Everything was great about this stay! The room was amazingly furnished, the lobby rooms and areas outside all of the rooms were nicely decorated and modern and clean, the bathroom and lighting were thoughtfully designed and the staff and breakfast were amazing! Additionally, the gave me breakfast to go since I left on a tour before breakfast started at 07:00
The only downside was there was no safe in the room and the neighborhood is very quiet and a 20/30 min walk to the centre, but only £2/3 by Uber each way

The hotel was really nice and upper sitting, eating areas was fantastic. The hosts were great. The price was just right.
Location was a bit out of the way from the tourist area but still not bad, surrounding area is run down but mixed with nice places so I really didn't feel insecure walking outside.

Breakfast was delicious. Carina, the lady who cooked breakfast was absolutely lovely and everything that is good about the kind people of Cusco. 🥰
Clean rooms and nice communal spaces with free herbal teas to help with the altitude.

A good hotel for the price. Good bedding with warm duvets. A heater in each room.
1) Too much noise from other guests...there is a living area on each floor surrounded by all the rooms. Guests could sit and chat in these living areas at all times, including late at night or very early morning. The rooms are obviously not sound proof.
2) Also, behind my bed head there was a LED strip that would give a nice dimmed lighting while turned on, but that would keep being phosphorescent at night so there would be lots of light at night too, while turned off. The front desk said it would solve this, but nothing happened.
3) An issue is that the front gate can only be controlled by the front desk, whether you want to go in or out. There is no key and no code or button that can be used by the customer. So going in or out depends on the presence of the front desk. And as it turns out, the latter cannot always be there. I had to wait 10 minutes once before being allowed to go in.
