Reception and staff made us feel like family, with the warm welcome and sharing of local knowledge. Room was beautifully clean and heater thoughtfully put on as it was a cold day. Good kitchen facilites. Allowed us to arrive early due to our other commitments on the day which we really appreciated!
The room we were in was quite dated decor but appreciate that we didn't pay top dollar in Hanmer so still acceptable.

The location was good also good Administration Reception person pleasant.
The washing machine going at 9pm in the evening and it was at the back of the unit I stayed in.
