- peace and feel is a cozy cabin
- great layout for a family (2 separate bedrooms)
- warm and well heated and great little kitchenette
- hot shower
- kids loved the play equipment and space to run without impacting neighbours
- location - easy drive from Christchurch airport and well located in Hamner Springs itself (definitely visit the Hot Pools and Waterslides!, the fairy walk is also quite cool). Also visit Murchinson’s The Natural Flames Experience (https://www.naturalflames.co.nz) - well worth the drive! We did on the way to Nelson but easy day trip for something uniquely awesome.

- the view to enjoying cuppa/drink in the front porch - serene forest and mountains
- could use a little couch instead of 2 armchairs in the lounge for that bit more comfy relaxing

I liked the location and thought the chalet was spacious and had everything you needed. Comfortable beds, sky and good parking. Good heating in every room. Electric blankets on beds was a bonus
Mould was forming around bath tub and on toilet wall. Light shades were in need of a clean.
