The room was excellent if a bit small but had the usual tea/coffee/chocolate and a kettle. The water to the shower and basin was red hot so be careful.
The Food by the way was fantastic, we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had a beef dinner. Possibly the best pub meal we've ever had. The desserts were great as well.
Only that our room was just next to the kitchen extractor ducting but that went off at about 9.30pm.

Evening meal was very good, although the staff weren't very friendly.
Breakfast experience was not good. We arrived at our table at 8.25 am. Our order was taken about half an hour later at 9 am. No apology was given to us for the wait. We ordered full English and poached eggs on toast with extra toast. We received most of our order at 9.40, but not the extra toast. That never actually arrived. The poached eggs on toast were cold, but I was so hungry, I ate them anyway. Again no apology was given for the wait to us, but other tables were apologised to. It's almost like we didn't exist. Not a very nice experience at all.
