All staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and professional !
Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of USB points, although I didn’t notice the ones in the bedside lights initially 🙄😊.
My biggest niggle was being charged £2 for the car park, especially when the room was costing over £100.

The shower was not very good,
One minute, it was very hot, and next minute, it was cold. You can not get the right temperature on it that was a shame. We will stay again ( I hope it gets sorted out)
The staff was very helpful and nice
