Good facilities
Billing methodology is vague with different reception people giving different instructions. Jayesh took an advance from me and said I still have to make full payment and the advance will be refunded after 15 days. Very odd. But then during checkout another lady actually adjusted the advance and I did not have to wait for 15 days. Hotel needs to have clear and transparent directions.
