Welcoming greeting on arrival and check in. Very clean comfortable room, and bed.
Friendliness and professionalism staff throughout.
Extensive range of foods available on room service menu and in main restaurant buffet.
Beautiful views of Juhu beach from my room and immediate accessibility to same.
Very little if anything. The general hotel decor is fairly dated although still perfectly functional but not upto current modern 2020's standards. Could do with refreshing and updating.

Great responsive staff. Very crowded at breakfast but somehow the staff managed to keep everyone happily engaged.
We made the mistake of ordering a lunch at the restaurant downstairs and that was a disaster! The Goan fish curry was not just mild and under spiced but was tasteless. We duly informed all concerned including the management. There were usual lip service but was shocked to see the food being charged for!
