Gute, sichere Lage. Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung. Preis/Leistung insgesamt gut
Late Checkout gebucht (15 Uhr). Um 12 Uhr einen Anruf bekommen - wodurch wir geweckt wurden - um uns zu erinnern, dass wir gleich auschecken müssen. Offenbar werden die Infos an der Rezeption nicht weitergegeben. Zudem wurden wir bereits um 10 Uhr dadurch gestört, dass jemand unseren Konsum an der Minibar prüfen wollte. Das sollte auch erst zum Checkout erfolgen.

El lugar es muy cómodo, limpio, se puede ir caminando a la 93 en donde hay varios lugares de comida y tiendas. Puedes caminar seguro de día y de noche hay varios policías alrededor del hotel. El personal es muy atento.
Todo muy bien, quizás lo único fue que dejamos olvidados unas cosas y nunca se nos reportaron cuando hicieron la limpieza final, nosotros nos dimos cuenta y tuvimos que llamar, por lo general cuando encuentran pertenencias el hotel lo reporta de inmediato pero todo lo demás está okey. Si tienen traslado al hotel pero no es personal de ellos, a nosotros nos tocó un señor que no nos habló bien del hotel pero al llegar todo estaba muy bien.

Ottimo Hotel nel quartiere 93 di Bogotà, check in e check out veloci, la stanza familiare era in realtà un appartamento di 60 mq con due bagni e soggiorno. Colazione buona con varietà di offerta. La zona anche se a circa 30 minuti dal centro é ottima ( molto meglio del centro) con molti ristoranti, bar e parchi. Servizio ok.

The location is superb, one can walk easily to many restaurants, stores and business in general in this nice neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, with a nice bathroom and a buffet-style breakfast.
The beds could be softer. Also, the lack of climatisation can be tough, either for ventilation reasons or for heating.

The staff were sensational in helping with directions and attractions. The breakfast was okay--I have traveled all over the world and the breakfast was average--I would consider this more of a continental breakfast as they served no meat nor were they able to make omelettes. I loved the top floor terrace with its incredible view of downtown Bogota. The location is excellent as it is near shops, restaurants, and convenience stores.
The breakfast was subpar in my opinion.

PROS
1. The room was clean.
2. When I had to work in the basement office, the people at the kitchen where the nicest. They made decaf coffee (provided by me), brought a little warmer appliance to keep the coffee pot warm and brought other stuff for me to be comfy. Very much appreciate it.
3. Breakfast is nice.
4. The premises are generally nice and clean.
I stayed here for 3 nights. I would not recommend. At least if you expect for an actual Luxurious experience.
CONS
1. I booked a room with a terrace. The terrace had two plastic chairs. I wish it had a nice little living space, an umbrella… a space where I can take advantage. I felt expose and the view was mostly against the other building… so not worth if to me.
2. The room had stairs. I wished they had warned me, not a fan of going up and down to get to the kitchenette or bring up my food when I have room service. Or move my luggage.
3. The INTERNET WAS THE WORST. I had to work and it kept breaking signal, if you plan to work online or a simple good connection to watch Netflix, this is not the place. I even went to the «Private rooms» for meetings and the internet still failed every 10 or 15 minutes. Broke zoom calls, etc…
4. I make my own coffee and asked for a kettle or water heater. I only did not receive it, but every time I called to ask for it, they referred me to other department or ignored my request completely by telling me they’d find out and never got a response.
5. The food I ordered to my room was basic, not a restaurant I’d recommend.
6. I was woken up in the middle of the night by by a couple next to my room. THIN WALLS. But the worst part is that the place is close to a bar. People chanted and sang all night (3am).
7. No decaf offering. Again, I’m kind of used to it, so I make my own, but for a «LUXURY» hotel… not acceptable in my opinion.
8. I booked this place specifically for the gym and sauna. Sauna was off when I went one night. I was too tired to ask for them to turn it on. The gym was very small and in the basement… to be honest, as a woman, it felt unsafe. Any guy could come and assault me bc there’s no security.
9. You have to pay even for water. You can’t drink tap water in Bogotá… Am I paying for a more «Luxurious» experience and still have to buy a basic need like water?
10. The maid threw away my shower cap and my soap!

The shower was exceptional.
Breakfast was ok at best, but there are a lot of options and it's self-serve, so no limits to your intake.
The room and bed were large and comfy. However, the room we stayed in required going up stairs to reach the bed, so I don't recommend this configuration for people with limited mobility.
Calling this hotel a "Luxury" is a huge misnomer, especially considering where it is located: essentially neighboring actual luxury hotels (like the Marriot). When we arrived, even though it was well after checkin time, our room was still not ready and we had to wait an extra 20 minutes outside our room while cleaning staff rushed to get it ready for us. This was quite an unwelcome welcome, considering we were exhausted after a long trip.
When we asked for a hairdryer (the room came with an ironing board, an iron... but no hairdryer, so you had to ask the reception). Staff took almost an hour to get the hairdryer up to the room and when it arrived it was unusable, as it was so dirty it actually gave me allergies.
On another note, although staff tried to be helpful when we asked the front desk for help, they generally misguided us.
Finally, there was a building under construction directly outside our window. Although they were supposedly noise-proof, we were still woken in the middle of the night (who knew this was allowed?) and early in the morning with construction noises... And we had specifically requested a silent room.

this property is clean. we were 3 two double beds. to my surprise- the room is huge. like two rooms plus area with a table. big beds. smell good. two bathrooms- staff very kind. They helped me to print my e-tickets. breakfast was good - servers very kind - spectacularly Ana, one of the waitresses. that girl should be working like the front desk - she likes to attend to people.
there is a couch in the second floor in the hole way. it’s really-really old and dirt. it gives a bad appearance to the cleanliness of the hotel

We had booked a suite and it was huge. The only issue is it is located through the garage, kinda different. But the accommodations were really nice. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. The location was fairly good for where we wanted to located.
