Always friendly staff. This is our go to hotel when visiting Bogota. Breakfast is great.
The policies regarding visitors were quite restrictive. While staying at the hotel, it was very difficult to have friends or family visit us due to the many protocols and requirements involved. The process should be more flexible and guest-friendly.

El desayuno era bien completo, el personal fue muy amable y servicial. El Wi-Fi y el agua caliente funcionaron perfectamente durante toda la estadía, y me gustó que la habitación tuviera un espejo de cuerpo completo.
El acceso al hotel fue un gran problema. Debido a la construcción, la zona es muy peligrosa para los peatones, ya que está junto a una avenida principal y una rotonda con tráfico constante, sin una ruta segura para caminar. Aunque el hotel tiene una entrada directa, está muy mal señalizada y, además, es muy difícil entrar y salir de ella. Los conductores de Uber/inDrive se negaban a ingresar, obligándonos a caminar por esa zona, incluso de noche. Esto limitó mucho nuestros planes, ya que cada salida y regreso se sentía inseguro. También habían ratas en noche por el área de la construcción, que era precisamente el tramo que había que recorrer para llegar al hotel. Las camas también nos parecieron un poco duras.
